The Cultivation Cycle

Utilizing our proprietary Cultivation Cycle, our programs are designed to give students in elementary, middle, and high school age-appropriate activities that will help them discover their inner-strength, identify their passion – sports, entertainment, science, technology, arts, law, social justice, etc. – and then launch into action. That talent, or “superpower” can help empower our youth to achieve great things for the betterment of themselves, their families and their community.

IT Figures Program Offerings

Superheroes Rock! (Seeding) – With the elementary school students, our program provides intentional and strategic messaging and programming to promote self-confidence and representation, introducing the concept of inner-strength and self-worth.

This is My Superpower (Cultivation) – At the middle school level, we utilize age-specific messaging and programming to build upon the ideas from the seeding stage. This phase involve more feedback, interaction, and discussion about how students can apply the concepts to their daily life and what they are dealing with. Here we begin to explore the answer to the question: what is my talent, passion, superpower?

Superpowers for Good (Activation) – For the high school student and beyond, we will bring the ideas from the previous stages to life through action. Making decisions to go to college, getting involved in the community, teaching younger students the ideas from the early stages of the “Cultivation Cycle.” How can I use my superpower for good? How can I become a role model or a hero?

Young adults can plant seeds for future generations, such as their own children, family members and in their communities.
